This is our version of Morcilla prepared in the style of Burgos cuisine from the Castile and León region of Spain. It is a 100% pork product that is prepared with pork blood, pork fat, imported Bomba rice, and select seasonings. The seasoning profile has notes of imported Spanish Pimenton, black pepper, and warming spices. It is stuffed into a fibrous casing, and it is slow cooked for maximum flavor.
