Moulard Duck Prosciutto (Uncured, Air-Dried Duck Breast)

We season our Duck Prosciutto with a variety of spices including Fabbri Cherries, warming spices, red wine and garlic. This ready-to-eat prosciutto is perfect when sliced for a charcuterie or cheese board. Sold by the piece (breast) weighing about 10-12 oz per breast.
